Status

If there are any errors on our systems that might be affecting performance for our customers they will be displayed here along with any information we can provide regarding the timescale to resolve.

Please be assured that at all times we are striving for resolution to any issues in the shortest possible time and with minimal disruption.

We also place messages on the status page about any planned maintenance.

Webmail

You can log onto our webmail from anywhere that has a PC connected to the internet.

Please remember though that if you have already checked for mail on your PC they will no longer remain in your webmail account but will have been received by your PC.

Control Panel

You may or may not have access to a control panel for your domain and Email configuration, depending on what has been requested.

From the control panel you can make changes to the configuration of your Email accounts and various other elements including auto responders, Junk Mail filters and more depending on what access has been agreed.
