What Are The Worst Passwords to use?
Sitepoint have published some interesting details from a report on passwords used in 2014.
The frankly terrifying truth is that many, many people are using very, very weak passwords.
Here are the 25 worst passwords of 2014:

- password
- 12345
- 12345678
- qwerty
- 123456789
- 1234
- baseball
- dragon
- football
- 1234567
- monkey 1
- letmein
- abc123
- 111111
- mustang
- access
- shadow
- master
- michael
- superman
- 696969
- 123123
- batman

It's unnerving to find that the majority of these passwords have been in the top 25 since before 2011!
If you are using any of these (or anything else similarly weak) please, please change it to something sensible!
The best type of passwords contain numbers, lower & uppercase letters and even symbols if you can manage it, and the longer the better.
So please take our password advice and protect yourself and your data!
